Our team of experienced instructors are all certified to teach Krav Maga through ongoing instructor education by Krav Maga Global (KMG), a professional Krav Maga training organisation based out of Israel.
KMG is active in over 60 countries around the world and is the gold standard of Krav Maga Instructor Training

No. By starting Krav Maga you will immediately start to improve your fitness, through movement and activity whilst learning something new. Our instructors are experts in ensuring you train a pace that suits you, and your goals.
Most people do not stick to a fitness programme due to getting bored, unfocused and lost. Krav Maga offers so much variety that you’ll never get bored and will always leave a class sweating and smiling.
Yes. We have a purpose built seating areas for parents to relax and take some valuable time for themselves.
Both our Battlesbridge and Hertford training centres offer allocated and private parking.
Yes. We run gradings every 4 months to show how your child is progressing
Yes. Practitioner Levels 1-5, Graduate Level 1-5, Expert Levels 1-5.
Yes. Our national governing body, Krav Maga Global require everyone training in Krav Maga in the UK to obtain a training licence and includes insurance. Training licences start from £20 per year. More details will be given at your first class.
When you, or your child join Krav Maga Elite, you’ll be able to choose one of our essential training packs, so you’ve got everything you need to make the most of your classes.
Yes. This is included in your essential training pack.
No. We do not believe in annual contracts. We ask you to commit for 3 months of training, after which time you move to a rolling 30-day notice to cancel policy.
No physical activity can offer a complete guarantee of safety, yet injuries in training are rare. Our instructors ensure that all training whilst progressive and realistic is also safe and achievable.
No. Krav Maga is primarily a self defence system. We do hold a specific class for controlled adult sparring as this helps to build confidence with contact training, but this is optional and only accessible after you have achieved your Practitioner Level 1 grade.
As a beginner to Krav Maga you’ll join our Practitioner programme where we focus on the foundations of the Krav Maga system and ensure you're paired with someone of similar experience.
However, our longest serving club members are very humble and welcome the chance to help others who are just starting out with their Krav Maga training. We enforce an ego-free, positive and supportive training environment.
