The Elite Self Defence & Martial Arts Centre in Battlesbridge is a dedicated, full-time training facility located at the Mousery on Beeches Road, serving Rayleigh, Wickford, South Woodham Ferrers and surrounding Essex communities.
Designed specifically for structured self defence and martial arts development, our 4,500 sq ft centre provides a safe, welcoming and professionally managed environment for children, teens and adult members alike.
Unlike part-time classes held in shared halls or leisure centres, our facility is permanently equipped, professionally managed and built for safe, progressive training in Krav Maga and Kickboxing.
Whether your goal is confidence, fitness, discipline or real-world self protection, you will train in an environment designed for long-term development.
Located in Battlesbridge, the Elite Self Defence & Martial Arts Centre is a full-time, purpose-built 4,500 sq ft training facility serving Rayleigh, Wickford, South Woodham Ferrers and surrounding Essex communities.
Our centre includes a 148sqm fully matted training area with padded walls, providing a safe and controlled space for Krav Maga, Kickboxing and structured children’s and adult programmes. The facility is fully air-conditioned and ventilated, professionally cleaned and maintained to high standards throughout the year.
Unlike many martial arts classes that operate from hired halls or shared venues, our centre is permanently equipped and professionally managed. With secure private parking for over 30 vehicles, changing rooms and showers, CCTV monitoring and a welcoming reception and viewing area, students and parents train in a safe, structured and supportive environment.

We welcome complete beginners through to experienced martial arts students. Every class at our Battlesbridge training centre is structured to ensure safe progression, realistic learning and a supportive training environment.
Children and teen programmes are delivered in age-specific groups, with clear safeguarding procedures and close instructor supervision. Adult classes are professionally managed, technically structured and designed to build practical self defence skills, fitness and confidence.
All instructors are DBS checked, First Aid trained and committed to maintaining a respectful, ego-free training culture where students can develop at their own pace.
