Terms and Conditions

Last Updated:
3rd August 2026

Scope: These terms govern use of our website and online enquiry services. They do not replace separate terms provided for memberships, classes, events, bookings, products or payments.

1. About us

Krav Maga Elite Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal information covered by this policy.

Krav Maga Elite Ltd
Company number: 16595816
Registered office: Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, England, CM1 1HT
Email: info@kravmagaelite.co.uk
Website: kravmagaelite.co.uk

References to “Krav Maga Elite”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy mean Krav Maga Elite Ltd.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms should be read with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 to submit an enquiry on behalf of yourself or a child. A person under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to contact us.

‍

3. Website information and enquiries

The website provides general information about Krav Maga Elite and allows visitors to make enquiries. Submitting an enquiry:

  • does not create a contract, membership or confirmed booking;
  • does not guarantee availability, eligibility, a particular class, instructor, timetable or price; and
  • does not oblige either you or us to proceed.

A contract will arise only if and when we expressly accept a booking, membership or purchase under the separate terms supplied for that service.

4. Bookings, memberships and payments

The website may link to a booking, customer-management or payment service operated by us or a third party. Memberships, classes, events, trials, products and payments may be governed by additional terms shown before confirmation or checkout.

‍

Nothing in these website terms limits any statutory consumer rights. You should review the price, cancellation terms and other service information displayed before making a payment or commitment.

‍

5. Accuracy and changes

We take reasonable care to keep website information clear and current, but timetables, instructors, prices, availability, programmes and locations may change. Images may be illustrative. If information is important to your decision, please confirm it with us before travelling, paying or making arrangements.

‍

We may update, suspend or remove website content and features. We are not obliged to keep historical content available.

‍

6. Health, safety and self defence information

Website content is general information and is not a substitute for supervised instruction, professional medical advice, legal advice, emergency assistance or an individual assessment of fitness to train.

‍

Physical training carries inherent risks and techniques should not be attempted solely from website descriptions, images or videos. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern or uncertainty about physical activity, seek appropriate professional advice before taking part.

‍

Self defence outcomes depend on circumstances. We do not promise that training or information on this website will prevent harm or produce a particular result. In an emergency or immediate danger, contact the emergency services.

‍

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm, threaten, harass or impersonate another person;
  • submit information that is deliberately false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or infringing;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, servers or data;
  • introduce malware, overload the website, disrupt its operation or bypass security controls;
  • scrape, harvest or collect personal information from the website without a lawful basis and our permission; or
  • use website content to train an automated system, build a competing service or exploit it commercially without our written permission, except where law expressly permits the activity.

We may restrict access, block submissions or report activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights or the public

‍

8.  Information you submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through an enquiry form is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Please do not include unnecessary medical, financial, safeguarding or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.

‍

We may use the information you submit to respond, manage the enquiry, prevent misuse and keep an appropriate record, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not give us ownership of your personal information or unrelated content.

‍

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Krav Maga Elite Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property law.

‍

You may view the website and print or save a reasonable extract for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, license, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except as law permits.

‍

“Krav Maga Elite” and associated branding may be trade marks or protected trading names. No right to use them is granted by these terms.

‍

10. Links and embedded services

The website may contain links to or content from third parties, including maps, videos, reviews, social-media platforms, forms, payment services and booking systems. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily amount to endorsement.

‍

We do not control third-party websites or their availability, content, security, accessibility or handling of personal information. Their own terms and privacy information will apply when you use them.

‍

11. Linking to our website

You may link fairly and lawfully to a public page, provided the link does not suggest an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. You must not frame the website or link from unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may ask for a link to be removed where reasonably necessary to protect our rights or reputation.

12. Website availability and security

We aim to provide a reliable website but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, supplier failure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

‍

You are responsible for using suitable device security, browser updates and virus protection. You should not misuse the website by knowingly introducing malicious material.

‍

13.  Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

‍

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that failure or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, was not caused by our breach, or results from inaccurate information supplied by you.

‍

This website is intended primarily for personal and consumer use. If you use it for business purposes, we are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption.

‍

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies used on the website and how preferences can be managed.

‍

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our organisation or the law. The updated terms apply from the date they are published. Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.

16. If part of these terms is invalid

If a court or competent authority finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

17. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in your local courts are not affected.

18. Contact and complaints
